Vicki supports TBP clients in array of Recruiting and HR activities. She has worked with TBP for eight years. Her HR expertise includes strategic talent acquisition, performance management, employee retention initiatives, process reengineering, HRIS & recruiting technology. She has supported our clients in various industries including professional services, engineering, energy, technology, security, and home health.

Vicki earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Geneva College.
