Senior HR Consultant

Victoria (Vicki) Krotzer has been a Senior HR Consultant based in Camp Hill, PA for The Bradley Partnerships, Inc. (TBP) since 2020. She provides a full-suite of HR services support in several industry sectors including her strong suite of expertise in working with manufacturing companies.

She brings 25 years of pragmatic, hands-on HR experience with extensive experience in working with small, family-owned businesses, and large companies supporting their tactical and strategic HR business needs throughout the US and Canada. She works with owners and executives on strategic HR initiatives that spans the HR landscape of recruitment, onboarding, new employee orientation, employee relations, retention, and employee engagement, employee manuals, performance management, and culture transformation. She manages mergers & acquisitions, conducts workplace investigations, negotiates vendor relations, and integrates compliance with state/federal employment laws. She designs benefits selection and negotiations, facilitates training programs, and translates operational objectives to human resource policies and practices. She has served on an Expert Panel for the Pennsylvania Department of Health for training state universities, public schools, and industry on Pandemic Preparedness throughout the state of Pennsylvania. Her clients recognize the value she brings to any assignment given her strong business acumen and optimizing the human resource needs of a business.

She received the 2020 HR Professional of the Year Award from the York Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She’s served on two expertise panels for the national SHRM for five years. She’s a member of the Manufacturer’s Association of Central Pennsylvania. She is a community advocate and York SHRM member with certification in HRCI/SHRM. Victoria is Past Director for PA SHRM State Council.
