As an organization development leader, she works with multiple federal government agencies such as United States Department of Education, Department of Health & Human Services, and the Department of Treasury, among other agencies. She works with Senior Executive Service (SES) and mid-level managers in the US government. Bette holds a Master’s of Education from Georgia State University. In addition, she received a Master’s degree in human resource development from Marymount University. She received her Bachelors’ in history and political science at Agnes Scott College. She received her training and certification for professional coaching from Newfield Network, an accredited International Coaching Federation (ICF) program. She also received her Board Certified Coach (BCC) from CCE Global.
Erroline Williams, Ed.D., PCC
Dr. Erroline Williams is an Executive Coach for TBP. With 35 years of experience, she coaches executives, managers, emerging leaders, and women in career transition in the public and private sectors . Dr. Williams coaches for the University of Pittsburgh Biomedical Program. She is on faculty with the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation and serves as executive coach at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business for The Advanced Leadership Initiative (TALI). Dr. Williams holds a doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She has a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) as designated from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a graduate of the Duquesne University Professional Coach Certification Program, C-IQ Conversational Intelligence® for Coaches, and the ADAPT Career Coach Program from Duquesne University.
Lois Bradley, ACC
Lois teaches leadership to executives and emerging leaders across the country. She provides executive coaching to new, sitting and transitional managers and executives in the public and private sectors. She has coached and trained thousands of professionals, including senior leaders in Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial companies to help them grow into their next-level of inspired leadership. She works with multiple federal government agencies such as the Department of Health & Human Services – National Institutes of Health. Lois holds a B.S. in the Management of Human Resources from Roberts Wesleyan College, an AAS in Management from Rochester Institute of Technology and has attended the MBA Executive Development Program at the University of Rochester, William E. Simon School. She has an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) as designated from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a graduate of the Duquesne University Professional Coach Certification Program.
