Are communications included in your back to work plan?

Whether you’ve started a new job, were hired during the pandemic or you have new work teams, most employees are now returning to work in person or a hybrid model. We are hearing how employees really don’t know their colleagues. Management and employees have recognized the challenges of working from home and Zoom meetings don’t have the same impact as in-person communications. After 12+ months of adapting to remote work, it typical to feel disconnected. Communication is at the heart of a team’s success. The DiSC is a non-judgmental personality and behavioral assessment used to enhance workplace communication, productivity, and teamwork. Knowing your DiSC style and those of your team can improve communications. If you’re having communication skill gaps it may be a good time to consider having a DiSC training program. By learning and understanding individual work styles and behavioral characteristics, communication skills can be strengthened resulting in higher performing teams and better work relationships.

TBP provides DiSC training for better communications. To learn more about our training programs, you can reach us at our Pittsburgh corporate office at: (724)799-8170, or visit our website at www.bradleypartnerships.com, or email us at info@bradleypartnerships.com.
