Casey Fitzpatrick is a Senior HR Business Consultant supporting TBP’s clients with recruiting, strategic HR advising, organizational design and workforce development.  She brings 25 years of HR experience having previously worked in both the private and public sectors for such firms such as Ernst & Young, LLP as well as Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. Her 15 years of experience working as a People and Talent Consultant partnering with Fortune 100 companies such as Kraft Heinz, PPG, Med Express, Giant Eagle, Allegheny Health Network to small business clients in healthcare, manufacturing, retail, finance and Big 4 accounting clients speaks to her strong business acumen and optimizing the human resource needs of a business.

 

Casey is experienced in providing a full suite of HR services that includes, but not limited to, full life cycle talent acquisition functions, recruiting, employee relations, succession planning, business planning, performance review planning and process, planning and implementing initiatives and training facilitation.  

 

Casey holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Policy and Administration. She received a MBA from Duquesne University and is SPHR certified from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
